Terms and Conditions

By booking services with YEG All Season you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

YEG All Season provides residential property maintenance services including snow removal ice management seasonal cleanup and lawn care. All services are weather dependent and scheduling may vary based on conditions workload and safety considerations.

No Refund Policy

All services are final. No refunds or returns will be provided once a service has been completed. Missed visits due to extreme weather unsafe conditions or access issues do not qualify for refunds.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are cash and e transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Access and Property Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. YEG All Season is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles ice buildup uneven surfaces or items not clearly visible during service. Customers must mark any hazards prior to service.

Weather and Service Delays

Service times are dependent on weather conditions snowfall amounts and road safety. YEG All Season is not liable for delays caused by severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

YEG All Season is not responsible for indirect incidental or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta Canada.
